Bounce & Rock
Before you hit any step, you’ve got to feel the groove.
Bounce and Rock are the foundation beneath the foundation —
They’re not steps you add; they’re energies you embody.
They live in the rhythm. In the pocket. In your body before your brain.
In this course, we’ll explore how bounce and rock are essential tools to make your freestyle alive, connected, and honest.
You’ll learn how to use them to build texture, timing, and musical presence — not just on beat, but in the music.
We’ll dive into:
How the bounce creates your internal rhythm
How the rock gives your freestyle flow and weight
How both create groove — the heartbeat of hip-hop dance
Bounce and rock aren’t things you fake — they’re things you feel.
You’ll train your body to let go of tension, follow the beat, and move with intention rather than effort.
This course isn’t about learning more —
It’s about learning to feel, before you move.
Because once the bounce is real, everything else becomes easier.
That’s when your freestyle stops looking forced and starts looking like you.
Let’s groove from the inside out.
