Groove isn’t something you copy — it’s something you unlock. In this course, we dive into the essence of what makes movement feel alive, natural, and authentic. Body Groove is about exploring the full potential of your body — not to impress, but to express. You’ll learn how to connect your upper and lower body with intention, let go of unnecessary tension, and use weight, rebound, and flow to bring rhythm into every part of you. This is where the movement becomes music, and the music becomes you. You’ll explore how to groove within structure and how to let your groove break the structure. You’ll play with bounce, sway, tilt, roll — not as isolated effects, but as part of your natural body language. This course is not about choreography. It’s about feeling comfortable in your skin, and letting your freestyle breathe through your body — fully, honestly, unapologetically. Because when the groove is real, your freestyle doesn’t need to be complicated. It just needs to be yours.
